Nothing on PerpsTracker constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Specifically:

• We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner
• We do NOT provide personalized investment recommendations
• Leaderboard rankings and trader statistics are NOT recommendations to copy or follow any trader
• Trade alerts and notifications are NOT buy or sell signals
• Past performance data shown on our platform is NOT indicative of future results
• Any "copytrade" functionality is a technical tool, NOT a managed investment service

2.3 No Promises of Gains or Profits

We make absolutely NO promises, guarantees, or representations regarding potential profits, gains, or returns. Trading perpetual futures and other derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. Examples shown on our platform:

• Trader performance statistics are historical and do NOT guarantee future results
• Any profit/loss figures displayed are for informational purposes only
• Simulated or paper trading results do NOT reflect actual trading outcomes
• High-performing traders on leaderboards may experience significant future losses

2.4 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any trading decisions you make are YOUR sole responsibility

• You understand the risks of leveraged trading and cryptocurrency markets

YOUR USE OF PERPSTRACKER AND ALL RELATED SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. We provide our Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do NOT guarantee that any information on our platform is accurate, complete, current, or correct. Specifically:

• Trader statistics and leaderboard data may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Price data, trade information, and blockchain data may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete
• Position data, PnL calculations, and leverage figures may not reflect actual values
• Historical data may be missing, corrupted, or incorrectly processed
• API responses may contain outdated or erroneous information
• Wallet addresses and transaction data may be misattributed or incorrect

3.3 No Guarantee of Bug-Free Operation

We do NOT guarantee that our Services are free of bugs, errors, or defects. You acknowledge that:

• Software bugs may cause incorrect data display or calculations
• System errors may result in missed alerts, notifications, or data
• Integration issues may cause failures in copytrading functionality
• Database errors may result in data loss or corruption
• Security vulnerabilities may exist despite our best efforts
• Updates and changes may introduce new bugs or break existing functionality

We do NOT guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. Our Services may be:

7. Subscriptions & Payments

7.1 Subscription Tiers

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis

• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

You acknowledge that you have read this limitation of liability, understand it, and agree to be bound by it. This limitation of liability is an essential element of these Terms.
